Ten years spent behind the till
Sadakat Sistemi was started by three people, after a paper stamp card we could never keep track of in our own café.
Most loyalty software is designed for large retail: long setup, crowded screens, a slower queue. We started from the other end. First a flow that takes two seconds at the till, then reporting on top of it. The product is built in Istanbul and most of our customers arrive on another owner's recommendation.
