Chains & franchises
Each branch runs its own campaigns while head office keeps visibility and assigns roles.
In a chain, the hard part of a loyalty program is not technical — it is about permissions. The franchisee knows their own neighbourhood and wants to run their own campaign; head office wants brand consistency and a reward cost that does not drift. When branches each keep paper cards or their own spreadsheets, you end up with six programs that know nothing about each other: a guest cannot spend in one branch what they collected in another, and head office only notices a losing branch once revenue drops. Chain loyalty management keeps both needs in the same panel.
One membership, many branches
A guest signs up once and is recognised with the same card everywhere. Points earned in one branch can be spent in another, while reports keep both movements separate so the balance between branches stays visible. Opening a new location does not mean starting over: you add the branch to the account, rules and the member base arrive ready, and that branch begins building its own report from day one.
Branch-level campaigns, central visibility
The campaign builder lets you target a specific branch, so one location can run its own happy hour without disturbing another's pricing. Usage limits, stock control and an end date draw the boundary around every coupon. Head office sees all campaigns in a single list and follows how much of each reward was used, and where. A brand-wide campaign, on the other hand, is opened to every branch in one step.
Role-based permissions: who can change what?
Not everyone in a franchise needs access to every setting. A cashier only sees the scanning screen and works under their own PIN; a branch manager runs their own reports and campaigns; head office sees every branch, changes rules and assigns roles. The separation reduces mistakes and stops a change made in one location from rippling across the whole brand.
Central reporting and integration
Branch performance, return rate, revenue per guest and reward cost sit in one comparable table, with a breakdown down to branch and cashier. Reports can be exported, and data can flow to your existing POS and ERP systems over the REST API and webhooks. For chains that want an app under their own brand, we build and ship it to the iOS and Android stores with your logo and colours.
Who owns the data: the brand or the branch?
One of the most contested questions in a chain is who the guest data belongs to. Member records live in the brand account — where an account was opened and where points were spent stays in the transaction log, but the guest is a member of the brand. You can export the data at any time and have it permanently deleted when you close the account. The consent step in the sign-up flow is compliant out of the box and updated in one place, so no branch has to write its own.
How it works
Write the brand rules
Earn rate, tier thresholds and the reward catalogue are defined once for the brand. You decide which fields branches may change.
Add the branches
Each branch joins with its own name, till and cashiers. The member base stays shared and reports open with a per-branch breakdown from day one.
Assign the roles
Cashier, branch manager and head office roles are granted separately. A screen someone cannot see is a setting they cannot break.
Connect the integrations
POS and ERP data flows are set up over the REST API and webhooks. On the Chain plan a dedicated manager works with you through the rollout.
Frequently asked questions
Yes, to the extent you allow. A branch manager can open campaigns and coupons for their own location, while head office sees them in one list and controls which fields are editable.
Yes, membership is brand-wide. Because earning and redemption are both recorded per branch, you can track the balance between locations in reports.
There is no limit. Chains above a hundred locations use central reporting, role-based permissions and an SLA guarantee as standard.
Yes. On the Chain plan the app is published to the iOS and Android stores with your logo, colours and splash screen.
