Cafés & coffee shops
Move the tenth-coffee-free logic to digital and greet your morning regular by name.
Selling coffee is not a one-off transaction; it is a business built on the same person walking in three times a week. What decides a café's revenue is not the crowd passing the window but the forty or fifty people whose names you know. A paper stamp card tries to build that relationship, but it gets lost in a wallet, soaked, forgotten — and when the barista changes, nobody knows who has how many stamps. A digital loyalty program moves the same idea, the tenth coffee on us, somewhere it cannot be lost or copied, and where it tells you who comes back and how often.
The morning regular is recognised at the till
The guest shows the QR code on their phone and the cashier scans it. The screen shows which visit this is, what tier they are in, and whether a reward is available. The moment a second visit is recognised at the till, the program is already working. It is a memory that works on a new cashier's first day too: the fact that this guest always takes the same americano lives in the system, not in one person's head. The cashier never has to judge eligibility — the system says so.
The paper stamp card, in digital form
You configure the stamp card from the panel: how many stamps earn a reward, which products count, how long the card stays valid. The card lives on the guest's phone; when it fills up the reward is issued automatically and appears as a prompt at the till on the next visit. You can run stamps and points side by side: a stamp for every coffee, points for every lira spent. Guests who do not want an app are signed up at the till with a phone number; after that they only need to give the number and the stamps work the same way.
Campaigns that fill the afternoon gap
A café's problem is usually not the total number of guests but how they are spread across the day: a queue at nine, empty tables at four. In the campaign builder you pick the audience, the days and hours, the reward and an end date — second drink on us, Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 2pm and 6pm. The coupon only works inside that window, while usage limits and stock control keep it from running away. Before it goes live you can send yourself a test notification and see exactly what the guest sees.
What did each reward actually cost?
The panel shows return rate, revenue per guest and reward cost, broken down by branch and cashier. Whether a campaign brought genuinely new visits or simply discounted guests who were coming anyway is a question the cohort report answers. Guests who have not been in for a while can be selected as their own audience, and sending them a single-use coupon takes one screen. Reports export cleanly, so you can put them next to your own accounts.
How it works
Choose the rule
Stamps, points, or both? How many stamps earn a reward and which products count is configured from the panel in minutes.
Set up the till
A tablet, a phone or your existing till screen is enough — no new hardware. Every cashier signs in with their own PIN and each scan is recorded in their name.
Sign guests up
Joining at the till takes about half a minute over a QR code. The consent step is part of the flow and no app install is required.
Launch your first campaign
Start with your quietest hour. Pick the audience, the window and the reward; the system handles delivery and expiry.
Frequently asked questions
You can run both for a while. When a guest arrives with a paper card you transfer the stamps to their digital card from the panel, and simply stop reprinting paper once the batch runs out.
No. A guest who does not want an app is signed up at the till with a phone number; stamps and points work exactly the same. For cafés that want one, we publish a mobile app under your own logo.
The scan finishes on a single screen while points, tiers and rewards are calculated in the background. If the connection drops, the transaction is queued offline and syncs as soon as it returns.
No. You add the branch to the same account; rules and members stay shared and reports gain a per-branch breakdown. Branch-specific campaigns are supported too.
